Minimum Stay Requirements
If your stay includes a Friday or Saturday night, there is a two-night minimum with both nights charged at the weekend rate. Orphaned weekend nights are available at the weekend rate with no minimum stay. Single-night stays are available Sunday thru Thursday. |
Occupancy
Our cabins have a maximum occupancy of two adults. Overnight visitors are not permitted. |
Minimum age requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to rent or occupy a cabin.

Pets
We love our dogs and cats, but cannot permit pets in the cabins. |
Reservations
Full payment with a credit or debit card is required to secure a reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. 6% will be added to the stated rates. Reservations are processed in the order that they are received. Please make your reservations online if possible. |
Holiday Stays
Holidays weekends require a three-night minimum at weekend rates. Check our "Rates&Dates" page for additional information on holiday stays. . |

Cancellations
Reservations that are cancelled more than two weeks prior to reserved date, will receive an 85% refund. Cancellations less than two weeks, but more than three days prior to the reserved date, will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for a cancellation less than 72 hours prior to the reservation check-in time. |
Check-In
Check-In is between 3:00pm-6:00pm at our Farmhouse. We will work to have your cabin ready for you at 3:00pm. If you are unable to arrive before 6:00pm, let us know and we can make arrangements to leave your information at the gate, and a key at the cabin.
Check-Out
Check-Out is by 11:00am. You do not need to come to the Farmhouse to check out. Simply clean up and leave the key in the cabin ("you know who" doesn't do dishes...Dammit). Unfortunately, we are normally unable to accommodate late check outs. Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced so that we can make sure that the cabin is ready for our next guests. |
Winter Driving Conditions
Big Rock Cabins' have well maintained gravel driveways that are very rarely impassable due to severe winter weather. During these times, we'll be glad to ferry you and your luggage and supplies. We have a specialized vehicle(click) for this purpose that will handle most any conditions. You may also elect to park and walk to and from the cabins. (short walk @ 500 to 1500ft.) Winter is a spectacular time to visit, but there will be no refunds due to adverse weather or driving conditions. |
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins. Ashtrays are provided for your use outside. Smoking in the cabins will result in an additional charge. |
Amenities
Rarely, appliances and mechanical systems can fail(Let us know immediately if you encounter a problem). We will attempt to remedy the problem as quickly as possible. We cannot however make any concession for the loss of use or service of these items.

Damages
Normal wear and tear is of course expected. If you notice any problems or damage upon arrival, please let us know right away. We have never had, or expect to ever have, an occasion to charge any guest for damages or excessive cleaning. However, we must reserve the right to charge your credit card for these purposes. |
